If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I’m a literal hoe for coffee. Which you’ve probably caught on to if you’re following me on Instagram, as I’m always drinking it and sharing different recipes and orders that I’ve tried. Turns out, a lot of my followers are coffee hoes, too, because I’m always getting asked about my favorite Starbucks orders. So, I decided to make a blog out of it so that you can always refer back to it when you’re in line at the ole Starbs.
Also, I want to say that I do love Dunkin, too, but the nearest one is 20 minutes away from me, yet I somehow have three Starbucks within a 2 miles radius. Which means that if I want coffee, 9 times out of 10 I’m going to Starbucks, simply because it’s so much more convenient for me. If you’re in the same boat, then listen up and thank me later.
My Go-To Drink For: When I Want to be Healthy
Okay so this drink isn’t ‘healthy’ per-se, as it still has a little bit of unnecessary sugar in it, but here’s the thing. If I want to drink black coffee with milk, I’ll make that at home, okay? If I’m spending $4-5 on coffee, it’s gotta be something I can’t make myself, which is where this comes in. Plus, it’s flipping delicious.
The Healthy-ish Flavored Cold Brew
- Venti Cold Brew
- 3 Pumps of Sugar Free Vanilla
- 1 Pump of Regular Cinnamon Dolce (You can replace this with a pump of your favorite flavoring, too)
- Light Cream
- Topped with Regular Cold Foam
My Go-To Drink For: Latte Cravings
Sometimes (most of the time) I need my trustworthy cold brew, while other times I’m craving the milky and espresso-y goodness of a latte. I am lactose intolerant, so I usually order my lattes with almond or oat milk, but I also have the self-destructive habit of ordering cow’s milk when it’s just been a day. So whichever milk you decide to go with, you’ll receive no judgment here.
Healthier-Without-Tasting-Like-It Vanilla Latte
- Hot or Iced Venti Latte
- Oat Milk
- 2 pumps of Sugar Free Vanilla
- 2 pumps of Regular Vanilla
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
My Go-To Drink For: When I’m Feeling Brave to Order
I’ll be honest, I get ordering anxiety sometimes. So when it comes to complicated recipes, I’m usually like, “mehhh… I’ll pass.” But there’s always that one random day that I feel ready to go and feel good about ordering a complicated drink. So on those seldom days, this is my go-to. It’s a little funky and intimidating to order, but it all goes together so dang well. Your taste buds will thank me.
Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cold Brew
- Venti Cold Brew
- 3 Pumps of Sugar Free Vanilla
- 1 pump of Mocha Sauce OR White Mocha Sauce
- Topped with Sweet Cream Foam
- With Strawberry Puree Blended into the Cold Foam
My Go-To Drink For: The Fall
Aka when they have their Pumpkin flavoring, which is my favorite coffee flavor of all time, but it is unfortunately seasonal. However, I’ve included a non-pumpkin substitution for this drink so that you can still order it year-round. I will say that this definitely isn’t on the healthy-ish list, so I don’t suggest making it your daily drink. But it’s always good to treat yo self once in a while.
Pumpkiny Dirty Chai Latte
- Venti Chai Latte
- Add a Shot of Espresso
- Topped with Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam (or Sweet Cream Cold Foam)
My Go-To Drink For: When I Want a Frappuccino
As a child/teenager, I lived for a double chocolatey chip frappuccino, however, as my taste buds have matured into adulthood, I now prefer actual coffee drinks. But… BUT, that doesn’t mean my childhood memories don’t come knocking every once in a while. I still crave the cold and frothy yumminess of a frappuccino sometimes, so now I just adult it up a tiny bit. It’s pretty dang good if I do say so myself.
Adult-y Frappuccino
- Grande Coffee Frappuccino
- Affogato Style (a shot of espresso is poured on top)
- Add Whip Cream and Caramel Drizzle
